We will implement a program where
BTM will now be the Billing Agent for those Industrial and Commercial users of the Grid who wish to implement a 10yr Rental agreement
We will implement a weatherization program of tightening up the structures envelope, then rent Renewable Energy generators on the property with HESS (Hydrogen fuel cell Energy Storage System) technology delivering clean energy
24/7/365 baseload electricity and
all the client does is sign.
We are simply taking over their
billing of their electricity.
We do not remove them from the Grid.
We methodically remove the largest users of MWs/KWs inside the facility
and remove them from the junction box put them on our Energy Storage System.
Here is how we do it financially for the client.
We look at 36 months of their electric bills and then take an average of the amount.
Let’s use easy round numbers, Say $10,000 per month
is their average annual bill $120,000 per year.
We immediately reduce it to $7,000 or $84,000 per year a 30% discount for 3yrs.
Then on the 4th year, we reduce to $6,000 or $72,000 per year a 40% discount.
and the last 4 years, we reduce to $5,000 or $60,000 per year a 50% discount.
instead of $1,200,000 over 10yrs they pay $708,000 for all their
Utility Bills 24/7/365 and we pay the Utility Monopoly.
After ten years they can buy system for 50%
of what total cost was to install the system
or re-negotiate 10Yr contract and start over.
